Forged wheels: forging is the application of thermal and mechanical energy to steel billets or ingots to cause the material to change shape while in a solid state.
The forging wheel can withstand impact more than the casting wheel, and the tight structure provides good wear resistance, while excluding the problems of porosity, shrinkage, cavity and cold.
Casted wheels: casting is the process where metal is heated until molten. While in the molten or liquid state it is poured into a mold or vessel to create a desired shape. Alloy, nickel and molybdenum alloy can be added during the casting phase, and the cost is low.
